Peaceful ADHD
1:1 Coaching Program and Meditation Mentorship for Women with ADHD
Create a Calmer, More Confident Life.
According to a Duke University study, females with ADHD report lower self-esteem, higher anxiety, and more shame than their male counterparts.
ADHD isn’t just about focus, time, management, and productivity…
ADHD is a Disorder of Regulation
According to leading ADHD researcher Dr. Russell A. Barkley, concludes that ADHD is “a fundamental deficiency in self-regulation.”
We need to regulate our emotions to thrive.
Emotional Regulation is especially challenging for women because hormonal fluctuations with our cycle, pregnancy, breastfeeding, PPD, perimenopause, and menopause create additional challenges.
ADHD Burnout is Real.

How We Do It
Week 1: Mindfulness
Mindfulness begins with gentle awareness—learning to notice what’s happening in the moment without judgment. You’ll develop self-monitoring skills to recognize when you’re dysregulated, strengthen working memory with simple, mindful routines, and practice self-compassion when things don’t go as planned.
Week 2: Mindfulness of Thoughts
Learn to shift when life doesn’t go according to plan. You’ll learn mindful self-talk to shift perspective, create simple systems for mental and physical organization, and ground yourself with three calming, intentional breaths.
Week 3: Mindfulness of the Body
By tuning into your body’s signals, you’ll begin to recognize stress and impulse before it takes over. Through body scan meditations, you’ll learn to pause, breathe, and choose your next step with clarity and self-trust instead of reacting automatically.
Week Four: Mindful Self-Compassion
Strengthen emotional regulation through gratitude and kindness toward yourself. Simple gratitude meditations help you notice what’s working, soften self-criticism, and create space for calm and emotional steadiness.Week
Five: Values and Intention
You’ll connect daily tasks and planning to what truly matters, using writing meditations and reflection to make decisions that feel clear, purposeful, and grounded.
Week Six: Compassion for Others
Connection is a powerful part of healing ADHD burnout. You’ll practice recognizing that others struggle too—building empathy and perspective through Metta (loving-kindness) meditation—and learn to take mindful, compassionate action in everyday life.
Welcome! I’m Adrienne Griffin
After teaching hundreds of students with ADHD as a high school teacher, college professor, and private consultant, I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 41. As a mom of two children with ADHD, it became my personal mission to learn whatever I could. As an academic researcher, I took it upon myself to study with the leading doctors and educators in the field. After receiving my ADHD Specialist Certification, I began a journey into mindfulness and meditation. I recently completed my mindfulness and meditation teacher certification. I am thrilled to bring what I learned to you.
